We fill your schedule. You make them want more.
Most gyms hand a new trainer a clipboard and say "go find clients." We hand you clients.
At Blue Moon Fitness, our Premium Plus membership includes a personal training session every 4 weeks. We have Premium Plus members across our four Omaha-area clubs. That's hundreds of paid sessions every month with members who are already in the building and already paying. Every session is your chance to blow someone's socks off and turn them into a long-term client.
What you get:
· Part-time or full-time. You set your own schedule.
· About $30 an hour on 25-minute sessions. Yeah, we offer 25-minute sessions rather than making a trainer explain to a client why they only get 84% of their "30-minute" session. Paid sessions average about $15 for 25 minutes, $22.50 for 40 minutes and $26 for 55 minutes, and your rate goes up as you move up our levels.
· Premium Plus sessions pay $9 for 25 minutes. Every one is a chance to win a long-term client.
· A bonus on every package you sell, even when another trainer services the client.
· A break between every client. Our sessions run 25, 40 and 55 minutes, so even a fully booked day is never back-to-back. Almost no club does this.
· We invest in you. Not certified yet? We'll help cover the cost. Already certified? We help pay for your continuing education.
· Culture training from day one. Every coach learns how we treat people here: our standards, our member experience philosophy, and the Mom Standard. Treat every member the way you'd want your own mother treated in a gym 500 miles away. We teach it, we practice it, and we hold each other to it.

· A real career path. Coach in Training, Level 1, Level 2, then Senior Coach or Club Lead. You move up on results, not on time served.
· Tools that help you sell. Styku 3D body scans, MyZone heart-rate tracking, and an Eleiko deadlift platform.
Who our members are
Everyday people: our focus is first-time exercisers, adults 50+, people starting over, and members on GLP-1 medications protecting their strength. If you love helping regular people get results, you'll fit right in.

Blue Moon Fitness
Blue Moon Fitness is the club intended to be comfortable enough, friendly enough, helpful enough, and cheap enough that even people who only exercise once in a Blue Moon can fit in.
- Lifting 300 Pounds. In the eighties and nineties, we served people who hoped to lift three hundred pounds someday, and everyone else who wanted to come along and that made perfect sense.
- Avoiding Weighing 300 Pounds. But the world changed. Literally. Americans became overweight and obese. With obesity at epidemic levels in America, I thought I could serve more people by helping people who wanted to avoid weighing 300 lbs. I learned that weighing 300 lbs was a psychological event. It was one thing to watch weight creep up through the 200s, but the first time somebody stepped on a scale and the first digit was a 3—300 pounds! Oh my gosh, there were a lot of wake-ups at that time.
- Focusing on Strength Again. Today, we're shifting to serving people who hope to maintain the strength it takes to stand up on their own, and everyone else who wants to come along. Turns out science backs up what we've always believed.
Our customer service mantra is “treat each member and guest the way we would want our own mother treated if she was in a gym 500 miles away, dealing with strangers. We would want her treated with love, respect and kindness."
